Stress often builds little by little over time. By taking time to connect with others, be active and practise mindfulness, eventually the little becomes a lot less stress. In this way, we can aim to reduce the effects of stress.

Bowel Cancer Awareness Month

MS Awareness Week, 22nd – 28th April

This year’s MS Awareness Week sees the launch of MS Unfiltered, which encourages people with MS to talk openly about how some of the things that feel difficult to discuss affect them.

Reception

We have four new staff members in our reception team, we ask that you please be patient should they need to put you on hold to ask advice from another more experienced staff member

 

Mental Health worker

We have a new mental health practitioner Lisa, she will be working five days a week here at Highfield.

 

Advance notice of closure

We will be closed on the 15th of May 2024 for staff training from 1pm-6.30pm.  We will re open as normal the following day.  If you need advice during this time please contact 111.
